Let us host your family gathering, corporate
functions or any event.
We are able to offer seating on our
outdoor
BBQ Patio
for tour groups, which offers
Live Music 12:00pm to 4:00pm
daily.
Special arrangements can be made, and are
preferred, for large groups to open the
patio as early as 10:00am.
These special arrangements should be made at
least one week prior to your groups arrival
and require full prepayment on a credit
card.
It is not recommended
to schedule your group for the hours
12:00pm to 4:00pm.
The cost is
$12.00
per person
which gives the group their choice off the
BBQ menu, a nonalcoholic beverage, and also
covers tax and gratuity.
Our
Tour Group Menu
offers; huge half pound burgers and hot
dogs, shredded BBQ chicken sandwiches and
our famous killer chili, all served with com
chips.
We are limited with parking and there is no phone
service at Tortilla Flat.
If you are coming in a commercial bus, we can only handle one tour bus at a time.
We recommend you
call no later than 5 days
prior to arrival
and make sure we will be able to serve your
group if you have not already made special
arrangements.
Tour group guides and bus drivers are
complimentary when we are aware the group is
coming, at least 7 days advance notice.
Prepayment, (one week prior to arrival), on
a credit card is required
at the group rate of
$12.00 a person
for a confirmed reservation.
Easter until Christmas we are more than
happy to reserve the restaurant seating for
groups most any time.
